These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Govy, including the mobile app, related support pages, and connected services. By downloading or using Govy, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of Govy
Govy provides AI-assisted tools for text-to-image creation, image editing, portrait styling, visual review, workspace management, and in-app purchases. You may use Govy only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
2. Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for keeping your account or sign-in credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when required for access or support.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your use of the app.
3. Purchases and Credits
- Some features may require credit packs or other paid access inside the app.
- Payments are processed by Apple under its own terms and billing policies.
- Credits, where offered, are for use inside Govy and are not transferable for cash.
4. User Content and AI Output
- You retain responsibility for the prompts, images, and other content you submit.
- You must make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for your uploaded content.
- AI-generated outputs can vary and may not be unique, accurate, or suitable for every use case.
- You are responsible for reviewing any output before publishing, sharing, or relying on it.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Govy to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
- Do not interfere with the app, connected systems, or other users.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse protected parts of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
- Govy and its app materials remain the property of the app owner or its licensors.
- These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its underlying technology to you.
7. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Govy if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, or if continued operation is not practical.
8. Service Availability
Govy may change over time. Features can be updated, limited, or removed, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or provider interruptions.
9. Disclaimer
GOVY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Govy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Govy after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
