Effective March 16, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Govy collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the app, its related support pages, and connected services.

Govy may collect the following categories of information when you use the app:

  • Account and sign-in data: basic account identifiers and session details used to let you access connected features.
  • Creative inputs: prompts, uploaded photos, style selections, review messages, and generated results created through Text to Image, Image Edit, Portrait Style, and Visual Review.
  • Purchase data: Apple transaction details needed to verify credit pack purchases. We do not receive your full payment card number.
  • Technical information: device model, operating system version, diagnostics, usage logs, crash data, and app events used to operate and improve the service.
  • Attribution or advertising identifiers: with your permission, identifiers may be used for attribution, analytics, or personalization.

2. Permissions We Request

  • Photo Library: to let you select source images and save generated results.
  • Camera: to capture a photo for image analysis or editing flows.
  • Microphone: only if a connected in-app experience needs voice or media input.
  • Tracking: only after your consent, to support attribution or personalized recommendations.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide creation, editing, portrait style, and review tools.
  • To manage your workspace history and completed results.
  • To process purchases, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
  • To measure performance, maintain security, and improve the product.

4. How Information Is Shared

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Govy, such as:

  • AI processing or backend providers that handle prompts, image inputs, and generated outputs.
  • Apple and payment-related services for in-app purchase processing and verification.
  • Analytics, attribution, and diagnostics providers when needed to measure installs, usage, or app stability.
  • Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or the service.

5. Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some items may remain on your device or in your account history until you remove them.

6. Your Choices

  • You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.
  • You can delete saved works from the workspace inside the app.
  • You can contact us to ask privacy-related questions or request assistance.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Govy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above.
